In order to tackle the scale of the climate crisis, we need action at all levels of government. The Clean Energy Jobs Act (CEJA) would commit Illinois to 100% renewable energy by 2050, cutting carbon from the power sector by 2030, reducing pollution from gas and diesel vehicles in the transportation sector, and creating jobs and economic opportunity for every part of Illinois. CEJA passed the House energy committee and is headed for broader debate in the IL House - we need all of our state rep’s support in order to get this passed!
