AB 1775 would clarify that cannabis lounges can sell non-cannabis-infused food and beverages, and also allow them to sell tickets to concerts and other events. These changes would help support legal cannabis businesses that sell safe, tested products to compete against the illicit market, and help build community among cannabis consumers at retail stores.

Please write to Gov. Gavin Newsom, who vetoed a similar bill last year, and ask him to support this year's bill with its amendments to protect workers.
