Tell Your Senator: Keep Abortion Safe and Legal
This week, the Ohio Senate is voting to pass a sweeping new abortion ban.
Senate Bill 23 would ban any abortion after a detectable fetal heartbeat, which can come as early as six weeks – before most women even know that they are pregnant. The bill would effectively eliminate access to abortion in our state. The bill has no exemption for women who are pregnant resulting from an act of rape or incest.
Ohioans deserve access to safe, legal abortion care in their community without interference from anti-abortion extremists.
Can we count on you to contact your State Senator and ask them to oppose SB23?
