Protect Middletown’s students, staff, and community!

As we weigh the risks of opening school facilities for hybrid instruction, the health and safety of students, staff, and our community must be the priority.

Middletown’s schools, while well-maintained, are old buildings with aging HVAC systems. Old systems do not have the ventilation and filtration capability to keep staff and students safe from airborne microbes that cause the spread of COVID-19.

Email board members. Tell them to open with full remote instruction for the first marking period.

Nothing matters more than the health and safety of our students, our staff and our community at large. Ignoring the pandemic won’t make it go away. Prevent a COVID-19 spike in Middletown that could spread throughout the county and state.
