Home and auto insurance are unaffordable in Louisiana, but insurers are making record profits and continue to raise rates. We simply cannot afford the increasing cost. It's not right. The greed of big insurance companies is crushing working people and small businesses in Louisiana.

To make matters worse, the insurance industry and Commissioner Tim Temple are gutting consumer protections, stripping away our legal rights, and making it harder to hold insurers accountable -- with no promise of lower rates.

We cannot afford to keep listening to the big insurance companies who raise our rates and abandoned Louisiana policyholders after Hurricanes Laura, Ida, Delta, and Zeta. We need relief now! Louisiana needs real insurance reforms that lower costs, strengthen consumer protections, and hold insurers accountable.
