Alaska Airlines continues to report industry-leading financial results, including record profits, yet management still needs to recognize the value that Flight Attendants contribute to the company's success. Flight Attendants deserve to share in that success with an industry-leading contract. Management is clearly out of touch with what it will take to reach an acceptable agreement in negotiations, and the time has come for all of us to send them a message in one loud and strong voice: we deserve better!
