Reinstate the Mask Mandate for Healthcare Settings in NY!

New York is in the midst of a large COVID surge! New York State ended the mask mandate for healthcare settings on February 12, 2023. This decision put all New Yorkers at risk. Ending the mask mandate in healthcare settings abandons the state’s responsibility for public health and endangers people’s lives.

We need New York State to reinstate the mask mandate for healthcare settings!

New Yorkers: Please use this form to send a letter to Governor Hochul, Health Commissioner Dr. McDonald, NY Senate Majority Leader Stewart-Cousins, NY Assembly Speaker Heastie, NY Senate Health Committee Chair Rivera, NY Assembly Health Committee Chair Paulin, and your NY Senator and Assemblymember and ask them to reinstate the mask mandate for healthcare settings!

Note: To send a letter to the New York State Governor, New York Health Commissioner, and policymakers, you will need to input a New York State zip code (10001 to 15000) into the form.
