Starting on Monday, October 19, 2020, stores must now comply with New York State's long delayed ban on single-use plastic bags. If you see a store handing out free plastic bags at the check out counter, please fill out this information to let the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation know so they can follow up to enforce the law.
