Grace Lutheran Church is a designated sanctuary for migrants. In partnership with CLUE, it has been welcoming asylum seekers for more than five years and is currently housing asylum seekers from Mauritania.

Faith communities from across Los Angeles are supporting Grace Lutheran, but the City of Bell is trying to displace them, using code enforcement to issue violations.

CLUE and Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church urge you to ask the Bell City Councilmembers and the mayor to align themselves with the values of the congregation and stop trying to force the church to evict migrants from Grace Lutheran.
