The Jefferson Union High School District (JUHSD) School Board is launching a plan to replace outdated Serramonte Del Rey facilities that are no longer suitable for the school district or re-use. Our goal is to create a walkable, bikeable, safe, family-friendly neighborhood with a shopping street, parks, and nature trails that will also be a source of revenue for the district.

This plan will:

Build much-needed housing, both market-rate and affordable.

Double the amount of green space, including a new community garden.

Raise much-needed revenue for the district without raising taxes.
