The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is calling for nominations to an Environmental Justice panel, again. We've seen a lot of these panels over the years at FERC, and to be honest they never seem to generate any change in policies or personnel at FERC. But there's an old saying in politics "don't let them meet without you" and in this case several good and long standing friends of ours have asked to be nominated and to participate in the process.

We've sent an email to FERC formally nominating these folks with their contact information. You can help by using this form to send a "second" of the nomination - backing up our friends and (hopefully) increasing the chance that FERC accepts their nomination. You can also write in yourself or anyone you think should be nominated to serve on FERC's EJ panel at the end of March, 2023.
