Sajid Javid is the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care so it's within his power to offer a real pay rise 💷

Our nurse's pay has fallen by over a fifth since 2010, this has contributed to over 45,000 nursing vacancies which puts patient safety at risk 😷

If this pandemic has shown us anything, it is that any of us can be a patient at any point in time ⏱️
