Powerful corporate middlemen known as pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) are pushing drug prices higher, eliminating patient choice, ripping off taxpayers, and destroying neighborhood pharmacies.

The New York State Department of Financial Services is seeking feedback and evidence of abusive PBM practices from members of the public.
