The Pacific Palisades has a long history of landslides on our bluffs. We must end developments that put our homes and safety at risk.  PPRA is partnering with the Castellamare Homeowner's Association for representation by Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in our legal fight against the City of Los Angeles' support of the development (4 homes located in the middle of a red tagged hillside) of the Tramonto Landslide.

The City has not approved a Site-Specific Environmental Impact Report (EIR), which is what CEQA law currently requires. We need your help before Dec. 3, 2024 to tell the City to approve the full Site-Specific EIR that will evaluate the safety of ALL homes on the Tramonto hillsides as well as the safety of drivers along PCH.

If we do not get approval of this much needed EIR, this sets a dangerous precedent for all future development in all of LA, especially in highly sensitive areas including wildfire and landslide zones.
