The selection of the next Superintendent-Director for the Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School must be a transparent process involving a committee that is representative of stakeholders from the various interests served by the school.

In addition to overseeing operations of the new Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School now being built, the next Superintendent-Director will be responsible for creating positive and productive relationships with all sending communities and the entire school community. In addition, the next superintendent will also have a great deal of influence over the programs and opportunities available to students. Thus, the search must be shaped by the perspectives of a diverse array of community members and educators.

Please send a message to the members of the Bristol-Plymouth Regional School Committee urging them to convene a superintendent search committee with representation from all stakeholder groups and to make the hiring process fully transparent.
