Support AB 369 to restore fairness, help CSU employees, our families, and our communities.
The Skilled Trades workers of the California State University System are tasked with the job of maintaining approximately 43 million square feet of academic space over 23 campuses statewide. We are electricians, carpenters, plumbers, and other trades workers who keep the University running smoothly and safely for students and faculty.
Yet, the 1,100 CSU Skilled Trades workers and over 50,000 CSU employees are the only workers in state service who do not receive step increases to recognize longevity and hard work. It has been over two decades without salary step adjustments, hurting our members' ability to provide for themselves and their families and discouraging them from pursuing long-term careers at CSU.
Tell your legislators to restore fairness and support CSU workers and California families by supporting AB 369
