Recently The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) issued a public safety warning in regards to the increase of fake prescription pills containing fentanyl and meth. The agency reported they've seized more than 9.5 million counterfeit pills laced with opioids nationally in 2021. For people who use drugs (PWUD), using a fentanyl test strip can mean the difference between life and death.

This letter writing campaign will let your elected officials know you support House Bill H.2009 to create a 3 year pilot program for the purpose of implementing and studying the efficacy of using fentanyl test strips.
