The Israeli War against the Palestinian people continues, with international aid organizations reporting that Northern Gaza is nearing famine. Many world leaders, UN member states and international organizations, including the International Court of Justice, have condemned Israel for war crimes.

U.S. laws prohibit arms sales to countries violating human rights, yet the Biden administration continues to supply arms that Israel uses to harm civilians—predominantly women, children, and the elderly—making the U.S. complicit in these actions.

If adopted, these resolutions could compel the administration to halt arms deliveries, prompting the Netanyahu government to negotiate an end to hostilities, provide massive aid to Palestinians, and release captives held by Hamas and Israel. This would help create a long-term resolution ensuring security for Israel and dignity and self-determination for the Palestinians.
