NFFE-IAM strongly supports the Federal Adjustment of Income Rates (FAIR) Act. The legislation, introduced by Representative Gerry Connolly (D-VA) and Senator Brian Schatz (D-HI) would provide an 7.4% pay increase for federal employees next year. We need all of our brothers and sisters in the federal government to contact Congress and tell them to cosponsor this critical legislation!
