It’s not just a bad dream - Austin Energy is once again proposing to build a new methane gas-burning power plant. This time it is branded as “hydrogen capable”, but don’t be fooled by that greenwashing. This would result in more use of fossil fuels, more harm to the climate and more local air pollution.

Email the Austin City Council now to demand that they reject this misguided proposal.
