The clock is ticking! Congress has until the January 19 to pass a Clean Dream Act to protect immigrant youth.

As a result of the Administration’s cruel decision to end DACA, undocumented youth are already starting to lose their protection from deportation.  With each passing week nearly 1,000 immigrants who are students, workers, and parents lose their DACA status and become targets for deportation.  We need to demand a CLEAN Dream ACT by Jan 19!

If our Democratic legislators really are Dream Heroes, we need them to demand that the Dream Act be included as part of any must-pass year-end funding bills up for vote in Congress. In December, Continuing Resolution (CR) was enacted until Jan 19th, Now we have another change to include the Dream Act

A vote on any funding bill that does not include the Dream Act is a vote to deport thousands of immigrant young people. 10,000 immigrant youth have already lost their status and our community needs a permanent solution and protection now.

Sign here and tell CT Senators Murphy and Blumenthal that if they really are Dream Heroes, they need to demand that the Dream Act be attached to any must-pass funding bills considered by Congress! They need to hear from you! We need more senators to stand up for the Dream Act and immigrant youth!

Democrats made a promise in September to get this done. Now is the time for Democrats to step up and be Dream Heroes  and publicly demand that the Dream Act be attached to any funding bills.

Our immigrant community is counting on their leadership to pass the Dream Act!
