Please take a moment to write to Governor John Kasich and ask him to VETO Senate Bill 329. The Sunset Review bill passed by legislators last week is headed to Gov. Kasich’s desk now. This extreme bill puts an expiration date on your state agency every four years. If legislators refuse to act to renew your agency, your agency would just shut down.

No one knows better than you, Senate Bill 329 could hurt millions of Ohioans. This dangerous bill could put our elderly out on the street, close facilities for the developmentally disabled, shutter state parks and lakes, and put at risk safe water and air quality. It could hurt unemployed family members, friends and neighbors looking for a job and make our communities less safe.

Tell the Governor to protect state services and veto SB 329!
