We have been increasingly active this year, putting pressure on the board to settle. They are beginning to take notice. When we packed the building at the last board meeting, Board President Leneus made a statement that he hoped all of our contracts would be settled by the end of this school year.

It's time to hold him to his word. The EOEA sit down at the table with the BoE's negotiating team for a mediation session this Friday, December 18. Before they do, we hope to flood their inboxes with hundreds of e-mails from members, parents, and community members demanding that they come to the table ready to settle.
