Tell PA Senators: Pass the PRO Act

The Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act is the single most important workers’ rights bill since the Great Depression.

The PRO Act would:

✅ Eliminate “right to work” laws.
✅ Protect workers’ right to strike by preventing employers from hiring permanent replacement workers.
✅ Establish a process for mediation and arbitration to help the parties achieve a first contract.
✅ Modernize the National Labor Relations Act by bringing its remedies in line with other workplace laws.
✅ Make union elections fairer by prohibiting employers from requiring their employees to attend “captive audience” meetings, a common tactic where employers use anti-union propaganda to pressure workers to vote against the union.
✅ Allows unrepresented employees to engage in collective action or class action lawsuits to enforce fundamental workplace rights.

The House passed the bill with support from both Democrats and Republicans. But now the bill sits in the U.S. Senate.

Corporations are spending millions of dollars and lobbying hard to stop workers from gaining real power. Senators need to hear from constituents like you that we want worker power. Send a message to Pennsylvania Senators now and urge them to support the critically-needed PRO Act today >>
