On May 1st, 2024, Department of Public Service judges recommended that the Public Service Commission approve a rate hike for Central Hudson.

The Public Service Commission (PSC) is soliciting comments from community members to share their opinion on whether or not Central Hudson should receive a rate increase. We need to tell the PSC Central Hudson DOES NOT deserve any rate increase!

This action will allow you to write a letter, sign your name, and send your letter of opposition straight to the desk of Governor Hochul, the chair of the PSC, and two leaders with the Department of Public Service. Your comment will be entered into the PSC docket as an official public comment in the rate increase proceeding.
