Tell the PSC: Reject National Grid's rate hike for fracked gas

Background:

Now that the Williams NESE Pipeline is off the table, National Grid is pushing what we call their "Plan B" to bring more fracked gas into downstate NY by speeding up construction of their North Brooklyn Pipeline and expanding a Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) facility in Greenpoint.

National Grid is currently seeking approval to raise our monthly bills in order to invest hundreds of millions of dollars every year expanding and extending the life of their fracked gas distribution system.

National Grid has just restarted confidential settlement negotiations in the rate case that will lock out the public, so it’s crucial that we send thousands of comments to the Public Service Commission (PSC) and to Governor Cuomo demanding they reject National Grid’s proposal to expand their LNG facility and build pipelines through our communities.
