Tell SC Senators to Vote NO on Anti-Transgender Sports Bill

The South Carolina House has passed H.4608, a bill that would prohibit transgender youth in middle school, high school, and college from participating in student sports – and now, it heads to the South Carolina Senate for consideration, where it's been fast-tracked for "special order." The bill is the same as measure that were rejected six times in the 2021 legislative session. We must take action now to stop this bill.

Every student should be able to access the opportunities and lessons of school athletics, and South Carolina lawmakers should stop their vendetta against transgender students. To categorically deny transgender students the freedom to play alongside their peers is completely at odds with lawmakers’ duties to care for and protect our youth.

We need your help to reject this new push in the Senate: Send a message to your Senator and urge them to reject H.4608.  Just use these tools.
