The Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) is a 300+ mile-long fracked-gas pipeline from Pennsylvania, through West Virginia & Virginia, all the way into North Carolina. The project is still years behind schedule and millions of dollars over budget.

And now, thanks to relentless opposition by local and national climate hawks, the MVP has lost their permits under the Clean Water Act's Section 404 that allows them to cross streams and other waterways.

But the corporations behind the MVP are petitioning the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for a new 404 permit, and the Army Corps has opened a new public comment period until February 10, and your voice is needed!

Giving the MVP a new 404 permit would allow the pipeline to pollute more than 600 pristine streams and rivers that are home to many endangered and sensitive species. The construction process will alter wetlands, harm drinking water sources, and disturb recreation and tourism — all to build a massive, unnecessary, fracked gas pipeline that will pollute our climate.
