Despite being bullied by its parent company, Unilever, Ben & Jerry's supports Palestinian human rights.
Even if they have to sue to continue doing so.
Ben & Jerry's independent board is suing its parent company, Unilever, for silencing the company’s support for Palestinian human rights.
Unilever has bullied Ben & Jerry’s over Palestine in the past and has threatened to “dismantle the board and sue individual members if Ben & Jerry’s issued a statement supporting peace and a cease-fire.”¹
Now they’ve forced B&J’s to go to court.
Join us in telling Unilever's CEO, Hein Schumacher, and Board Chair, Ian Meakins, to stop punishing and threatening Ben & Jerry's board.
Unilever has prevented Ben & Jerry's from supporting Palestinian farmers, refugees, students on college campuses, and Congressional efforts to halt U.S. weapons to Israel.
Ben & Jerry's has a legacy of support and advocacy for social justice.
They are the only large company that has called for a ceasefire.
