We have gotten reports of smooth implementation from across the state and many counties have already seen dramatic reductions in the number of people incarcerated while awaiting trialI

Join us as we continue the fight for pretrial justice by supporting the Pretrial Success Act. This appropriations request would create a grant program for communities to expand access to vital services such as mental health and substance use disorder support, transportation, and child care for people awaiting trial. The distribution of these funds will be informed by our communities and go to health and human services– not law enforcement.
