We know that voting at 16 will strengthen our democracy. Now, we have the opportunity to advance this policy idea in Congress with H.J.Res.23, a proposed constitutional amendment to extend the right to vote to those 16 and older. It's time to ask your representative to co-sponsor the legislation.
