SMM Workers Union members are concerned and frustrated by the ongoing disruption to organizational culture and unnecessary burdens they’ve had to endure over the last several years. Despite implementing major reorganizations nearly every two years since 2016, senior leaders have failed to arrive at a sustainable operational model and once again workers are bearing the brunt of the fall out, facing yet another round of layoffs and outsourcing.

Let the museum's Board of Trustees know your concerns about how the decisions made by Science Museum of Minnesota's senior leadership over the last several years have impacted workers. As we face further layoffs and outsourcing,  help us urge the board to prioritize solutions that do not require further cuts to bargaining unit staff.
