Trump Conviction Vote - Thank/Spank Your Senator

When ex-President Donald J. Trump was brought to trial for inciting the January 6 Capitol insurrection, did your U.S. Senators vote to convict him, or did they shrink from their moral and legal responsibility? Let them know what you think about the vote they cast.

The violent mob that invaded the U.S. Capitol proudly displayed symbols of hate and white supremacy while seeking to disrupt Congressional certification of a free and fair presidential election.

Although he played an undeniable role in inciting the insurrection, Trump was acquitted in his second Senate impeachment trial. While a majority of senators voted “guilty”, including seven Republicans, the vote fell short of the two-thirds required to convict.

We must now call on the U.S. Senate to do the right thing and take a strong stand against organized white supremacist forces and their collaborators who would seek to violently overthrow Democracy in the United States.

Sign the letter asking your Senators to support legislation to create a bi-partisan commission to investigate the role of organized violent white supremacist groups in the January 6 assault on our Constitution, so that all perpetrators and collaborators may be brought to justice.
