Write to Uber to support the Uber Strike!
Uber drivers and couriers are on strike on Wednesday 6 October to demand Uber give us a decent livelihood, end unfair account terminations, scrap their racist facial recognition algorithm, reinstate unfairly terminated drivers and couriers, and recognise the IWGB.
Your support can be decisive in helping Uber drivers and couriers to win their demands. We are calling on members of the public, Uber riders and Uber Eats customers to:
- Boycott the app for 24 hours on 6 October
- Join our protest on 6 October at 11am outside Uber's head office at Aldgate Tower in London
- Write a letter (see below) to Uber's UK boss Jamie Heywood to demand they listen to drivers.
