After 6 years of trying unsuccessfully to get the Citizens Commission on Nuclear Weapons and Climate bill (resolve S.1488/H.738 in the latest session) through the MA State House, we have now approached the Governor directly to set up this commission by Executive Order because there is no time left to waste.
