Maryland Governor Wes Moore has announced a 2% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for all state regular and contractual employees.

Unfortunately, the University System of Maryland does not always follow suit. We need to say loud and clear: As University employees, we are State employees too, and we deserve the same raise! Don't leave University employees behind!
