VETO AB 1111 - Protect the California Cannabis Supply Chain
The United Cannabis Business Association needs your help to protect the California cannabis industry and retail operators from harmful legislation coming across the Governor’s desk!
After over 3 years fighting this "farmer's market" bill, we have come to the final standoff. AB 1111 would further harm the supply chain by promising a "solution" for struggling farmers while disenfranchising our existing licensed retailers, some of whom have been operating for over a decade.

Here are some of the many reasons we continue to fight this bill.
1. California Farmers already have the ability to sell their products through special events licenses.
2. AB 1111 will harm licensed retailers, cutting them out and undermining the existing supply chain.
3. AB 1111 is estimated to bring negative economic benefit to cultivators.
4. AB 1111 dilutes existing legal markets.
5. AB 1111 lacks the guidance & tools for enforcement of cannabis laws on farmer’s market sales
6. AB 1111 threatens Union Jobs
We urge you to join us in writing a letter to Governor Gavin Newsom explaining why AB 1111 will cause undo harm, not only to retailers, but to the California cannabis market as a whole.
