Vote Health Care for All

The World Health Organization defines health as a human right, yet it is not guaranteed for thousands of individuals in British Columbia. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted that our community wellbeing is highly interconnected, and we place our entire society at risk by failing to guarantee access to affordable health care to all people. However, on July 31, in the middle of a pandemic, despite consistent warnings to the Minister of Health’s office and the Ministry of Health about the devastating effect this could have, the government chose to allow several MSP coverage measures to expire.

It is clear that temporary, fragmented and piecemeal policies are not enough. We need to enroll all people in BC in MSP regardless of immigration status. Tell all the political parties that you will vote for a party who commits to delivering health care for all!
