As the most populous U.S. state, California has an enormous responsibility to protect youth from highly-addictive nicotine-delivery devices including JUUL, a market-disruptive product that is responsible for the current youth vaping epidemic. The only way to slow this raging epidemic is to ban the flavors that research has proven are hooking our kids on JUUL and its copycats: Big Tobacco 2.0.
