...Lexington Massachusetts is a town of 34,000 residents and is known for its excellent schools, historic downtown, technology, bio-pharmaceutical industries, and mix of modern life and historical heritage. The community of Lexington acknowledges that climate change poses a threat to our quality of life, local food system, landscape, and air and water quality, and it is time to take a stand. It is time for the Town of Lexington to stand up for its youth and declare a climate emergency.

Climate change is the biggest threat to our world and our people, so we must to take a stand and declare climate change as an emergency so that we can take steps to make the Town of Lexington net-zero by 2035.
