Bill Lee: Declare a People's State of Emergency Now!

Governor Bill Lee; Tennessee General Assembly; Jim Strickland, Mayor of Memphis; Lee Harris, Mayor of Shelby County

Grocery store shelves are empty, mortgage payments are due, and the Governor of Tennessee still refuses to declare a statewide stay-at-home order.
