Call To Action: Join us in demanding that Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas File Charges Against Off-Duty LAPD Officer

Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas

In cell phone videos that have now been seen millions of times around the world, an off-duty LAPD officer at his home in Anaheim, California created and unnecessary confrontation with a 13-year-old boy, who he physically apprehended then forcefully moved onto his property. The boy and his friends pleaded several times to him let go, and in the process, the police officer is seen kicking the boy and grabbing him violently. The police officer escalated the unnecessary confrontation by shooting a handgun in his possession while still detaining the boy

The public demands that the police officer face charges, the same way anyone else would under the same circumstances, for child endangerment, physical assault, and illegal use of a firearm and all other violations of the California criminal code.
