We, the employees of Cardinal Aluminum, work hard to produce products that make this company lots of money. For too long, we’ve been paid poverty-level wages for the work that we do. You’ve admitted that you’ve raised starting pay because your wages were too low to attract new workers. But wages are too low for current workers, too. Do the right thing, and re-open the wage section of our union contract and give us all FAIR PAY for HARD WORK.
