Congress is about to re-authorize the worst surveillance law in history.

U.S. Congress

Lawmakers in the House and Senate are poised to reauthorize Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act, the blatantly unconstitutional legislation that the U.S. government uses to justify mass monitoring and collection of Internet activity, private messages, and real time location. The worst part: key politicians are claiming they’re pushing for “reform” while in reality they’re supporting legislation to make sure that the NSA and FBI can continue warrantless spying on U.S. citizens through a loophole called “backdoor searches.”

Sign the petition now to tell your lawmakers: “End illegal mass surveillance! Oppose any bill that reauthorizes Section 702 without fixing the ‘back door search' loophole.”
