Continue safe learning in BVSD

With 40 school days left and COVID risks still present, the Blue Valley Board of Education must remain steadfast in its support for existing school safety measures, as recommended by the CDC and medical experts.

Students deserve to continue learning in the classroom and schools must be kept safe for all. We can do both. We MUST do both.

We call upon the Blue Valley School District Board of Education to remain steadfast in its commitment to continue COVID mitigation and safety measures in schools, including a mask mandate and distancing.

Safe and effective in-person learning can continue IF we remain vigilant and committed to upholding BOTH academic achievement AND student and staff safety. Learning can and should continue without relaxing any of the safety protocols that the CDC and medical experts have declared are necessary and appropriate for schools.
