Delay the Electoral College Vote Until There's an Investigation into Russian Influence on the Election

In the midst of credible evidence and ongoing investigations that the election was influenced by Putin’s interference, we're calling on Congress to hold an emergency session and delay the Electoral College vote until there is a full investigation of Russian influence on the election.
If Congress doesn't conduct a full investigation before the vote, the Electoral College must not let Trump become the president, because we won't know if our elections were free or fair.
