Demand Biden Extend His Marijuana Possession Pardon to Undocumented People!
President Biden
President Biden has just announced his plans to pardon all citizens with federal charges for possession of marijuana. This is a step in the right direction towards decriminalizing & descheduling marijuana on the federal level. But Biden needs to be bolder and include everyone, regardless of immigration status, in this relief effort.
No one should have to be incarcerated and separated from their families. The Biden admin made a choice to continue the criminalization of immigrants. Failing to include immigrant communities if further proof that the administration is not prioritizing our communities.
Take action now in solidarity with all of the undocumented people who have been detained & deported over a possession of marijuana charge!
Sign our petition today & demand President Biden to extend his pardon to include undocumented people!

President Biden,
Pardoning the possession of marijuana charges of citizens is a step in the right direction. However, making the choice to leave out undocumented people from your pardon continues to criminalize immigrant communities.
Undocumented people have been separated from their families, detained, and deported from simple marijuana possession charges - it’s not fair & it’s not right to exclude undocumented people from this relief effort!
By signing this petition, I’m demanding you extend your marijuana possession pardon to include undocumented people.
