The Biden-Harris Administration has deported over half a million immigrants since taking office, despite a promise to stop deportations.

Under Biden, ICE has continued to aggressively enforce Trump-era policies that target Black asylum seekers and immigrants for exclusion, detention and deportation. As deportation flights take off almost every day to countries like Cameroon, Mauritania, Angola, Congo, Haiti and Jamaica - the Biden-Harris Administration remains silent.

At the end of the day deportations are at the discretion of the Department of Homeland Security, which is directed by the executive branch. The Biden-Harris Administration still has the power to stop individual deportations!

We demand the following:

• End ALL deportations.

• The release of all immigrants held in ICE and CBP detention camps and their closure.

• Ensure that all those who’ve been unjustly deported have a right to return to the U.S.

As the Biden-Harris Administration considers pathway to citizenship for the 11 million, they must face and address the fact that ICE’s continued cruelty is by design and this agency cannot continue if the Biden-Harris Administration seeks a departure from the cruelty of the Trump Administration.
