Corporations like AT&T, Comcast, and Verizon are using their market position and pet politicians to extort more money from us and strangle their competition. We need Congress to stand up when corporations push us around like this, but instead, Lamar Smith and the GOP sold out to big money interests.

Republicans were paid over 9 million dollars in campaign contributions by telecom companies and Lamar Smith has taken $238,350 in donations from Verizon, Comcast, and AT&T over the course of his career.

We need to stand up for the open and free internet and demand Congress use a resolution of disapproval to overturn the FCC's vote.
