In conjunction with DAWN's request for an ICC investigation, we the undersigned demand that the US Department of Justice prosecute the 12 Senators, 247 Representatives in addition to ex- President Biden and Secretaries Blinken and Austin for threatening the International Criminal Court; for aiding and abetting Israeli Genocide of the Palestinians along with the unauthorized attacks on Yemen, Lebanon and Syria; explicitly supporting a conflict with Iran; and starting an unconstitutional war against Russia.
